Reporting a director
Lodge an official complaint about a company director
How to make a complaint
When lodging your complaint you need to provide as much detail as possible about:
- the particular mismanagement or misconduct you believe has caused the failure of a company
- the breach of a prohibition order.
Without sufficient information, the Integrity and Enforcement Team may not be able to progress your complaint.
After we receive your complaint, the team conducts an initial enquiry to gather information about the director you're reporting, the company and the reasons for its failure.
Any information you provide may be disclosed to the director you've named so they can respond to the claim against them.
