Notice of intention to restore 1 societies to the register.

TEST NOTICE

I intend to restore the following societies to the register under section 185 of the Incorporated Societies Act 2022.

I am satisfied that these societies were at the time of removal either still operating and there is a proper reason for them to continue in existence or were party to legal proceedings, or were in receivership/liquidation, or the grounds for removal did not exist.

Any person who wishes to object must do so by [DATE FOR OBJECTIONS] DD Month 2026 being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice.
