Notice of intention to correct the register

Notice of intention to correct the Companies Register for 1 companies.

I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies, in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the register.

Section 360A(1)(a), Companies Act 1993 New Zealand Legislation

  • KAKA BEAK CONSTRUCTION LIMITED 8577086

    Application by Indigo Accounting Limited

    Rectification shall comprise of the following:
    1. To remove a Particulars of Shareholding dated 9 June 2025. The effect being that Dean Edward Purser and Rebecca Helen Bloomer each hold 1 share.
    2. To submit an amended annual return for 2025.

Any person who wishes to object must do so by 4 November 2025 (being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice).
